Duties and responsibilities :
-Drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts and other legal documents(corporate, retail, syndications and collateral's) in both languages Arabic and English
-Managing a team of corporate lawyers and other members of the legal department.
-Negotiating contract terms, transactions, and settlements on behalf of the businesses involved.
-Assess and advise effectively to minimize and control legal risks and ensure that the polices, controls and processes are legally appropriate.
Requirements
- 8-10 years Banking Legal experience.
- Specialized in contracts and legal advice (Corporate).
- Strong knowledge of the laws related to Banking sector and financial leasing activities.
- General knowledge of Islamic finance and the related banking products.
- Fluent in Arabic and English drafting.
