KEY ACCOUNTABILITY
- Ensure printing & delivery of DC, CC & IB PIN to customer within agreed SLA Time by review processed client application same day with no errors.
- Control over returned undelivered PINs to clients under dual custody according to P&P.
- Apply Master card regulation / Controls on the PIN Mailer printing location.
- Ensure providing the Internet banking access to clients, by controlling the daily IB application requests processed on system.
- Control & prepare the AMC (for all unites) weekly / Monthly MIS reported to senior management highlighting achievements & productivity level.
- Resolve complain according to P&P once received & investigating its root cause tom avoid repetition.
- And any other assigned Tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
- University/College Degree in Business or relevant studies
- 5+ years of Banking relevant experience
- Management Skills
- Effective communication Skills
- Hard worker
- Accurate
- Efficient
- Ability to work under pressure
