Job Summary:

Support the branches in approaching payroll companies with commercial offers, selling new payroll deals and securing existing agreement, collaborate with branches to fulfill payroll targets in term of payroll agreements count & payroll active accounts, realize the bank’s commercial payroll strategies and expand the market share of payroll companies.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Payroll sales set target in term of agreements count & payroll active accounts.
  • Guide branches to maximize payroll sales & penetration rates.
  • Conduct regular visits and calls to payroll clients.
  • Ensure documents fulfillments and correctness to enable fast payroll files processing time.
  • Able to recognize and identify the needs and opportunities of the payroll market.
  • Seeking new deals & prepare relevant acquisition plans.
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with payroll companies.
  • Sustain a close relationship with the relevant business lines & different departments for timely follow up on payroll cases.
  • Support branches in negotiating with payroll companies, acquiring new payroll deals and maintaining existing deals.
  • Visit payroll companies with branch representatives for commercial support.
  • Respond to all inquiries of payroll companies and address their concerns.
  • Identify existing payroll companies without agreements and send them to the branches for creating new deals.
  • Follow up on branches visits to payroll companies, ensuring that they are conducted regularly and that they yield effective outcome.
  • Encourage branches to establish & maintain strong, professional relationship with companies.
  • Identify opportunities for business with payroll companies and communicate them to the branches.
  • Provide consultation to branches on how handle payroll deals & boost performance.
  • Develop & recommend ideas for the enhancement of payroll acquisition.
  • Request quality surveys to evaluate the performance pf payroll relationship.
  • Attend events held at the company premises on a regular basis, in coordination with the network & marketing department.
  • Maintain awareness of competing offers in the market and the economic & banking environment.
  • Follow all policies & procedures in order to guarantee BDC business is conducted in compliance with local laws, internal rules & regulations.
  • Apply the precepts and standard of permanent supervision, compliance & money laundering, operational risks & workplace success guidelines.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder (or above) in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years' Banking experience.
  • Alexandrian resident
  • Solid market knowledge.
  • Sound interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Strong Team playing.
  • Negotiation & problem-solving skills is a must.
  • Excellent command of English & Arabic.
