SMEs Relationship officer-Delta Region (Mansoura/Kafr El Shikh/Fakous/ElMahalla/Zagazig)



Job Responsibilities:

·       Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities that the business can maximize the value of those relationships
·       Identify key contacts at potential client companies to establish and foster relationships
·       Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain Banque du caire SMEs products and services
·       Negotiates, underwrites and process new client cases and renewals of credit facilities
·       Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could better address those needs 
·       Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients
·       Monitor and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients, develop and maintains knowledge of financial industry, economy, market conditions, rates, vendors and competition
·       Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business 
·       Resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally  


Qualifications:
·       Bachelor degree from accredited university in (Commerce, Business Administration, Economics & Finance) graduation year 2017,2018 and 2019
·       Postgraduate course like (MBA/Credit Course /Other) will be more preferable.
·       Presentable with good communication &negotiation skills
·       Good knowledge of Accounting/Finance
·       Creativity and strong Analytical skills with attention to details
·       Good Research ability and Computer skills
·       Strong command of English language
