You are a part of

You are responsible for

• Processing changes HR related data

Filing HR-related documentation; maintaining HR files and records

• Managing and recording document flow for new joiners and current employees

 Supporting regular checks on changes in systems; monitoring and identifying points of departure and execute necessary corrections

• Supporting delivery of reports within scope

Performing regular checks on changes in employee files; monitor and identify documents and ensure to be kept in hard copies

Introducing new HR supporting process activities

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

• Studying towards Bachelor's or Master's Degree

Able to work at least 3 full days at the office
Collaborative approach , able to work with multiple stakeholders 
Strong communication skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must

Good command of Microsoft Office tools especially Microsoft Excel
