  • Senior Risk MIS Analyst
Job Purpose:

Consumer Risk reporting is used across Citigroup to monitor and evaluate portfolio risk performance and fulfills its regulatory reporting requirements.


  • ·Minimum 3/4 years of experience of SAS MIS production or other reporting tools.
  • ·Demonstrated ability to aggregate in a stable, robust and structured manner data sourced from different platform. Big data oriented,
  • ·Demonstrated ability in automated MIS report production from regional DWH.
  • ·Strong understanding of regulatory reporting including BASEL, ICAAP, etc.

  • Relationship Analyst (UAE National)
The Intermediate Relationship Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for contributing to the services of the overall team with a focus on raising funds in the capital markets and providing strategic advisory services in coordination with the Institutional Banking team. The overall objective is to formulate investment strategies and raise capital for clients.

Key/Primary Responsibilities:
  • Handle all Customer inquiries received via calls/emails, etc. including level 1 Electronic Banking queries and have a closure to all enquiries as per SLA.
  • Ensure 100% logging of all Client interactions on STARS, our automated query login system.
  • Provide back-up coverage for other team members, and assist team members during month-end when the volumes are significant.
  • Develop relationships with our key clients and ensure continuous engagement to defend existing client mandates and help grow the business where potentially possible.
  • Act as a “Single Point of Contact” for external ICG Clients for all their queries and banking needs.
  • Participate in satisfaction surveys and take appropriate action based on feedback provided by Customer.
  • Communicate Clients regarding outages, regulation changes, product updates.
  • Proactively monitor ICG client issues to ensure timely resolution. Proactively call customer and check if there are pending / open issues that require resolution.
  • Participate in clients calls; conduct client visits
  • Carry out root cause analysis to identify trends in client activity: top inquiry types; most frequent inquirers; assess training needs; areas for automation and self-service.
  • Effectively participate in Global/Regional directives e.g; Running campaign to reduce/eliminate MIFT by converting Clients to Citidirect
  • Commercialize Self Service tools to clients resulting in inquiry reduction and better client experience
  • Timely implementation of client and business critical projects/initiatives
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Proactively provide feedback to CTS / Coverage and product teams of suggested new products, marketing, business opportunities and customer issues to assist in consistently and constantly improving the customers’ experience with the bank.
  • Providing necessary support in building the business, deepening relationships and increasing share of wallet through cross-selling of various TTS products.
  • Look at opportunities to introduce pricing points & work with Product to roll it out to add incremental revenue.
